Exceptionally comfortable place, I loved outstandingly accommodating personnel.

The location was very central, great for monuments and a mosque located close to the hotel. Moreover, the area was secure. Double room included a private safe, a kettle, and a minibar. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom here was fairly clean.

It was also near the tram, restaurants and all the tourist attractions and Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and major attractions, I liked it.

The venue was in a very central location near to the center, everything: transportation, restaurants, shops, museums and parks, and the historical part. There was café Gulhane Sur Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The double room was warm, it included a private safe, a kettle, and a minibar. The bed was comfortable and worked perfectly.

Overall RELAXING stay during our vacation to the мanager Fatih who is the soul of this hotel. Well-equipped, warm rooms with nice window view. Marvellous and fantastic location for our visit to an enormous palace at a medium distance from the property.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and it was a great value for money. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very good, and the wifi was excellent. The location was perfect, with the gulhane tram station right at the hotel doorstep and an instanbulkart machine as well. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and popular attractions like sultanahmet, Ayasofia, and topkapi were all within a 5-minute walking distance. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, especially Fatih and Fathullah at the reception who went above and beyond to assist me. They also printed my flight boarding pass. I really appreciate their efforts and I plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

While I hate to leave a bad review, it's important to share my honest experience. One negative aspect was the presence of two young couples with small children who were smoking and being loud in front of the lobby.

We didn't have time, so that's why we will certainly stay here again.

Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 5 nights only. The nice and very polite stuff provided all the necessary info. Besides, the location was great and absolutely incredible for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Basilica Cistern. There where a bazaar and a grand bazaar around the hotel...

The location was marvellous, near to the tramway with easy access to a bazaar and grand bazaar. We found nice Osmanlizadeler nearby with hot beverages;))

It had very central location close to Basilica Cistern. The staff were all incredibly nice, pleasant. Lots of food for breakfast, it was appetising.
